Nai Umang Initiative: Empowering Young Girls

Education has the power to transform lives, break cycles of poverty, and create opportunities for a brighter future. Guided by this belief, the Nai Umang Initiative was launched in 2021 as a social responsibility program dedicated to supporting underprivileged and vulnerable girls through education, mentorship, and holistic care. The initiative was established with a simple yet meaningful vision: every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a life of dignity and self-reliance. Since its inception, Nai Umang has worked to remove barriers that prevent young girls from accessing quality education and personal development opportunities.

As part of this ongoing mission, a new batch of 10 girls has recently joined the Nai Umang family at National Heart Institute. The girls were warmly welcomed by the institute's leadership and staff, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their educational journey. Their inclusion reflects the continued commitment of the initiative to nurture talent, encourage aspirations, and create pathways to success.

Over the past five years, the Nai Umang Initiative has positively impacted the lives of 42 girls by supporting their higher education and overall development. Beyond educational assistance, the program focuses on mentorship, emotional well-being, healthcare support, life skills, and personal guidance, ensuring that each child receives comprehensive support to achieve her goals.

One of the most encouraging outcomes of the initiative has been the success of its beneficiaries. To date, 12 girls have successfully completed their education and are now leading independent lives through employment, professional careers, or advanced studies. Their achievements demonstrate the transformative impact that education, encouragement, and opportunity can have on an individual's life.
